As VP of Operations, Jon Giles is responsible for providing direction and oversight for all aspects related to the successful operation of the Roush Yates Performance Engines Group division, which is charged with the execution of all road racing engine programs, as well as commercial engine applications for Roush Yates Engines.

A 25 year veteran of the motorsports industry, Giles started with the Robert Yates organization in 2002 when he was hired as Special Projects Manager for Robert Yates Racing Engines. Since that time he has held key management roles within multiple divisions of the company with a focus on operations, product development and commercial ventures.

Prior to moving to North Carolina, Giles worked at Ford Racing as well as at Roush Racing in Michigan.

When not at the shop, he enjoys spending time with his family, restoring vintage BMX bicycles and cheering for his Alma Matter, Michigan State University.
