Since joining the company in 2004, Mary Ann Mauldwin has served as Chief Operating Officer of Roush Yates Engines. She is responsible for the operations management of the company including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Information Technology, Quality Assurance and Engineering Change Control.  

Mauldwin has worked in manufacturing and operations management fields for over 30 years. She has served on the Board of Directors for APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and achieved CFPIM and CSCP certifications.  

She has been the guest speaker at numerous conferences and interviewed by Wall Street Journal in 2008 for her contributions to operations management in the racing industry.  

Away from the office Mary Ann enjoys collecting antiques and reading.  

Mauldwin graduated from University of North Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Secondary Education.  She later returned to college to focus on Industrial Engineering studies.
